Actress Kimmarie Johnson, known for her appearances in the popular television drama “Beverly Hills, 90210” and the 2000 comedy “Dude, Where’s My Car?,” has died at 50 after suffering a serious heart emergency at her Los Angeles home. Her death came just days after she was rushed to the hospital, leaving her family to deal with an unexpected loss.

Johnson suffered what her niece, Rhonda Scott, described as a “heart event” on October 27, according to a report shared with TMZ. She was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where doctors reportedly diagnosed her with a heart aneurysm condition.

Despite receiving medical attention, Johnson did not recover. Scott said her aunt died peacefully on Wednesday afternoon, November 4, after her heart stopped beating. She was 50.

News of her death has brought attention back to a career that included appearances in several television productions and films. Johnson first stepped into acting in 1998, when she appeared as Jane in an episode of “Beverly Hills, 90210,” the long-running drama that became a familiar part of American television.

She later appeared in “V.I.P.,” the action-comedy television series starring Pamela Anderson. Her film career also included a part in the 2000 comedy “Dude, Where’s My Car?,” which starred Ashton Kutcher and Jennifer Garner. Johnson played a character identified as Jumpsuit Chick.

Her other screen credits included “Break a Leg,” “Gang Warz,” “Spanish Fly,” “Shadow Fury” and “The Summer of Massacre.” Although she was not always in leading roles, she built a collection of credits across television and film during her years in the entertainment industry.

Johnson also had an interest in beauty pageants. In 2011, she won the Miss Pennsylvania USA beauty pageant, adding another achievement to a career that extended beyond acting.

Her death followed a medical emergency that began at her Los Angeles residence on October 27. The family has not released further details about her medical condition, and funeral arrangements have not been publicly announced.

For now, Johnson’s family is left mourning a woman whose life included work in entertainment and beauty pageants. She was 50 when she died, just eight days after the reported heart emergency that led to her hospitalization.
